               J&J Cutting Formes Limited

We manufacture Cutting & Creasing Formes / Dies, Stripping Jigs, Blankers, Strike Sheets, Print Tracings and Samples.

Formes / Dies for Auto Fed Platens complete with Stripping Jigs and Blankers, Hand Fed Platens, Rollerpress Machines, Clicker Press Machines, Hydraulic Presses and others.

Customers files are accepted mostly via e-mails and some via Compact Disks.

Designs can also be produced on our design computers using AG/CAD's KASEMAKE 2000 software and library of FEFCO / ECMA Parametric designs.

Samples are made on our Kasemake KM603A Sample Table.

Formes / Dies are Profiled out on our CNC Meca Numeric Router Machine using a unique method developed by

J&J Cutting Formes Ltd and Graphtec (GB) Ltd.  (single thickness dieboards, not two pieces of plywood glued together).

Precision Profiled Formes / Dies are quicker to bed down, rerules are possible, blades do not fall out, and alterations can be achieved as our tooling can be located back onto our profiler.

Strippers are Profiled out using our Exact Technology Profiling Machine.

Our Easybender Turbo Rule Processor enhances the quality of our Formes / Dies.
